I.- Privacy and personal data protection policy.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data (LOPD), ECD hereby informs users of this web site of the use and processing of personal data which they provide or will provide when browsing the site and of the data protection policy which will be applied to such data.
II. Ways in which personal data is collected. Purposes of the treatment.
– Contact forms, budget requests and traditional means of communication. The personal data collected will be automatically processed and incorporated into the file called CUSTOMERS Eco Construction Design of which Eco Construction Design is responsible. You can also provide us with your data by telephone, e-mail and other means of communication indicated in the Contact section. The purpose of the treatment of these data will be the Management of the data received through forms on the web for the Treatment of the same to the requests requested by the user, inclusion in the agenda of contacts, response to questions, sending newsletters and commercial electronic communications.
We inform you that this data will be automatically managed for the administration, extension and improvement of our services as well as for technical and commercial purposes regarding the services offered. In any case, the data collected and processed are only the basic ones for the purposes indicated above.
The User is responsible for the veracity of his or her data, and undertakes not to introduce false data or to proceed to rectify them if necessary. The provider makes available to the User all the means to proceed with the modification of their data through the forms designated on our website. The User declares that when he/she does not introduce his/her personal data but those of a third party, he/she is authorized by the latter to introduce them.
The PROVIDER will be exonerated from responsibility in the case that the request for a sample or correction of data is made from the e-mail address that you have provided through any of the forms on the web, since in that case it will be presumed that it is the user who makes it. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are those that require a mandatory response. If they are not covered, the consequence is the impossibility of sending the request for information.
III. Exercise of Data Protection Rights (ARCO)
The user has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, information about the personal data being processed, its origin (which in our case will always be the forms located on the website) and any communications that may affect it. Users may send a written communication to ECD’s registered office or to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org , including in both cases a photocopy of their ID card or other similar identifying document, to request the exercise of their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
