Privacy Policy
Eco Construction Design complies with the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, with regard to the processing of personal data and other applicable legislation, as well as the regulations in force at any given time that may be applicable, guaranteeing the observance of all obligations and rights of those affected with regard to the processing of personal data. Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Eco Construction Design will request the user’s prior consent for the sending of commercial communications, in the event that these should take place, also observing all the obligations and rights of users.
By virtue of the above, users who wish to make use of the different services offered by Eco Construction Design will be informed of the information corresponding to the identification of the person responsible for the file, the purposes of the processing of their data, as well as the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition before the person responsible for the file, all by reading and prior acceptance of the entity’s privacy policy, being duly informed.

2. Purpose of data processing
The main purpose of the processing of your personal data corresponds to the possibility of establishing communications with you in order to respond to your request for contact through the form provided for this purpose, or to attend to the commercial relationship that you request. Your personal data will be kept for processing in our systems for as long as the relationship with our company is maintained.
Additionally, if you have expressly authorised it, your data will be processed in order to send you, by any means, including electronic means, commercial communications informing you about the different products and/or services offered by Eco Construction Design.
Likewise, if you use the option WORK WITH US on our website, Eco Construction Design informs you that the data provided by you will be processed in order to manage your participation in the corresponding selection processes that will take place in the period indicated below and that correspond to your professional qualifications, for which your personal application and professional experience will be assessed based on the information provided by you in your CV, consenting to said processing for the indicated purpose. Likewise, you will be informed at the e-mail address indicated by you about the evolution of the selection process. This information will be kept for a maximum period of one year, and once this period has elapsed, your data will be immediately cancelled.
You may revoke the consent granted at your simple request by contacting Eco Construction Design at any of the addresses referred to in point 1 of this clause, in which the contact details of the entity are indicated.
The processing of your data for the main purpose is legitimised on the basis of the contractual relationship established between the parties, and for the additional purpose on the consent given by you using the contact forms provided for this purpose by Eco Construction Design, for which you must have provided us with the data required in the mandatory fields, i.e. your identification and contact details, without which we will not be able to process your request.
By providing us with your details, you declare that you are the owner of them, that they are true and that they are completely up to date. The data collected on the form are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, as indicated in point 2 of this clause. Likewise, Eco Construction Design will cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose.
By virtue of the foregoing, the data will be kept for processing in our systems for as long as this relationship is maintained for the stated purpose or for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. Once the retention obligation has ceased, your data may be deleted from our database or, where appropriate, anonymised.
The processing of data for the purpose of sending electronic newsletters about services, events and news related to our professional activity is based on the legitimate interest of Eco Construction Design to carry out such processing in accordance with current legislation. Your data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship exists, your interest exists and there is no revocation on your part.
In the case of using the option WORK WITH US, the processing of the data provided by you in your curriculum vitae (identification data; image; training and work experience and contact) provided to Eco Construction Design is legitimised on the basis of the consent given by you for the main purpose, being necessary for your participation in the corresponding selection processes.
4. Recipients of your data
There may be transfers between the entities owned by Eco Construction Design in the legitimate corporate interest, in order to provide the services requested. No data will be transferred to other third parties, unless legally obliged to do so. No international data transfers will take place, with the exception that Eco Construction Design may contract the services of suppliers located in third countries, subject to compliance with all the requirements established by data protection regulations and applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve the privacy of the data.
After providing us with your personal data, we inform you of the rights that you may exercise against Eco Construction Design at the addresses made available to you in point 1 of this clause, and which you are entitled to:
You have the right to access all personal data held by Eco Construction Design as well as to request its modification or deletion.
You may ask us to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
You may object to the processing of your personal data, so Eco Construction Design will stop processing your data except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
You may request the portability of your personal data, in which case we will send you the personal data contained in our databases by e-mail to the address you provide in your request, in text format, readable and adaptable to the needs of any other data controller, or we will transmit it to the new data controller in the same format, to the e-mail address you provide in your request.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling.
You may also withdraw or revoke any consent you have expressly given by indicating this in your request.
The rights of the data subjects may be exercised directly by the data subject, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document, in order to prove their identity, or by means of legal or voluntary representation, in which case, in addition to a photocopy of the ID card or equivalent document of the data subject, the authentic document proving the representation of the third party must be provided together with a photocopy of the ID card or equivalent document.
6. Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations or the provisions of this clause, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the competent supervisory authority for the protection of your personal data, through its electronic headquarters or its postal address, which can be consulted on the website www.agpd.es.
